Our Premier Offering, Superhero Muay Thai: Training & Development, transcends the boundaries of a typical class—it's a transformative journey. Created as an after-school program for kids, this unique session harmonizes the force of Muay Thai with the fluidity of Tai Chi, seamlessly uniting physical fitness with personal growth. Our sessions are more than just mastering physical techniques; they're about nurturing a Superhero Mindset. We instill core values of respect, kindness, and the responsibility of using newfound abilities for positive outcomes, enforcing a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against bullying. Within our Superhero training grounds—stripped of punching bags but teeming with teamwork and collaboration—participants train using boxing gloves, focus mitts, shin pads, and body shields. Here, they not only learn striking techniques but also embrace the discipline and camaraderie of seasoned Martial Artists.
Prepare for a one-of-a-kind Martial Arts journey guided by Batman Smoov! Gear up in your own Superhero attire or wear one of our provided capes for an immersive experience! We kick off with a Dynamic warm-up, incorporating Tai Chi-inspired breathing techniques and a Superhero Vow to utilize our powers only for good! Our emphasis on teamwork leads us through the Blitz Cardio Series, followed by an engaging Shadow Boxing Session. Delve into a Dynamic Striking System to Master Footwork, Timing, and Fluid Movements—an essential foundation for Muay Thai Striking and becoming a Bsmoov Fitness Superhero! Next, we partner up to practice Combinations via Pad Work. Switch roles to both execute and feed pads, honing your skills and camaraderie. The session culminates in dynamic stretches, concluding as it began with Tai Chi breathing/movements and reaffirming the Superhero Vow. Join forces with Batman Smoov in Superhero Muay Thai: Training & Development, and unlock your inner Superhero potential!

STRIKING PRECISION/ BFITBOOTCAMPS/BFASTRUNNINGCORE/ &MORE!
Complementing our Superhero Muay Thai class is the Striking Precision Program, meticulously crafted to refine striking techniques. Led by Batman Smoov himself, this comprehensive class delves into coordination and striking in motion, emphasizing versatility in every direction.
Besides our hallmark classes, we provide Private 1-on-1 Sessions tailored to individual preferences, incorporating Pad Work, Mixed pads/Sparring rounds. The Striking Precision Program can also be tailored into a Private 1-on-1 Session for a more individualized approach. Our BFIT BOOTCAMPS offer an invigorating opportunity to train with a large group amidst nature, fostering a sense of community among participants.
Furthermore, our BFAST RUNNING CORE (free running group), free monthly Self-Defense Seminars, and free monthly Financial Fitness Seminars are dedicated to empowering individuals beyond the confines of our studio walls.
